Response Times

While we strive for quick dispatch and arrival, response times may vary due to traffic, weather, or call volume. Priority is given based on safety, location, and urgency.

Service Limitations

• TGF is not responsible if the customer’s vehicle cannot be restarted or driven after service (e.g., battery fails again, spare tire is unusable).

• Customers must have a usable spare tire for tire change service.

• Lockout service is limited to vehicles legally owned or operated by the requesting party. ID verification may be required.
