However, customers should be aware that unlocking a vehicle may occasionally result in minor cosmetic damage, including scratches or marks to the vehicle’s paint, trim, or weatherstripping.

By requesting our Lockout Service, you acknowledge and agree that:

1. TGF Towing and Recovery is not responsible for any incidental cosmetic damage that may occur while unlocking the vehicle.

2. You release TGF Towing and Recovery from any liability related to such damage.

3. You accept this service at your own risk.
