Payment Policy
TGF Towing & Recovery LLC

At TGF Towing & Recovery LLC, we value transparency and strive to make your payment process as simple and clear as possible. This policy outlines how we accept payments, when they are due, and important terms related to charges, prepayments, and refunds.

1. Payment Due

All services must be paid in full prior to vehicle pickup or release, unless a written agreement is made in advance.
We do not accept partial payments or deferred billing at the time of service.

2. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following forms of payment:

  • Cash

  • All major credit and debit cards

  • Cash App ($TGFTOWINGANDRECOVERY)

We do not accept checks at this time.

3. Pre-Payment Option

Customers may pre-pay at the time of booking for scheduled tows or abandoned vehicle removals. Pre-payment secures your spot on our dispatch schedule and confirms service.

To complete a pre-payment:

  • Call our dispatch line to confirm total cost

  • Payment must be processed before driver is dispatched

4. After-Hours & Specialty Charges

Additional fees may apply for:

  • After-hours service (5 PM – 7 pm)

  • Holiday or emergency dispatches

  • Winch-outs or recovery from difficult terrain

  • Heavy-duty or oversized vehicle tows

  • Extended mileage beyond standard service radius

All extra fees will be communicated up front when possible.

5. Storage Fees

If your vehicle must be stored on our lot, the following charges apply:

  • First 3 days (if towed by TGF) – No charge

  • Starting Day 4 – $45/day

  • Vehicles left over 30 days may be subject to legal disposal per state law.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

If you cancel your request before a driver is dispatched, no fees will apply.
If a driver has already been dispatched, a cancellation fee of $45 may apply.

We do not offer refunds once service has begun (e.g., vehicle has been loaded or roadside service started).

7. Disputed Charges

If you believe you’ve been charged incorrectly, please contact us directly within 48 hours of service. We’re committed to resolving concerns fairly and promptly.
