TGF Is Not Liable For:

• Pre-existing damage to the vehicle

• Mechanical failure unrelated to towing or recovery actions

• Loss or damage to personal belongings left inside the vehicle

• Environmental factors, such as unstable terrain, off-road conditions, or weather-related hazards that may cause additional vehicle damage during recovery

Customer Responsibility

• Customers are advised to remove all personal valuables from the vehicle prior to towing or recovery.

• Customers acknowledge that certain recovery or winching situations (e.g., ditch extraction, soft ground, or rollover) may result in cosmetic or structural damage, despite best efforts to prevent it.

By accepting service from TGF Towing & Recovery LLC, customers agree to release the company and its operators from liability for damages resulting from these uncontrollable conditions.
