At TGF Towing & Recovery LLC, vehicles may be temporarily stored under certain circumstances, including accident recovery, police-ordered tows, or when vehicle owners are unavailable to receive their vehicle at the time of service.

1. Storage Location & Security

All stored vehicles are kept in a secure, access-controlled lot monitored regularly by TGF staff. While we take all reasonable measures to safeguard vehicles in our possession, TGF is not liable for theft, vandalism, or damage caused by third parties while the vehicle is in storage.

2. Storage Duration

Vehicles will be stored for up to 3 calendar days at no charge if towing services were rendered by TGF. After that, a daily storage fee will apply unless prior arrangements have been made.

3. Storage Fees

• For the 1st 24hrs no charge after 24hrs there will be a charge of $45 per day

• Starting Day 2 – $45 per day (or as otherwise posted or contracted)

• Vehicles left on the lot for over 14 days will suffer legal disposal. 

4. Vehicle Release Requirements

To release a stored vehicle, the following must be provided:

• Valid government-issued photo ID

• Proof of vehicle ownership (registration or title)

• Full payment of any outstanding towing and/or storage charges

Vehicles will not be released without meeting these requirements. Only the registered owner or an authorized party may claim the vehicle.

5. Abandonment Clause

Vehicles left unclaimed beyond 30 days without communication or payment may be considered abandoned and subject to lien, impound, or legal disposal in accordance with Virginia state law.
