Unauthorized or Illegally Parked Vehicles

Removal of unauthorized or illegally parked vehicles requires property owner consent and may involve coordination with local authorities. TGF Towing complies with all local towing regulations and ordinances.

TGF Towing expects all customers to treat our drivers with respect and professionalism. Any form of abuse, threats, or unsafe behavior may result in refusal of service.

Passenger Policy

Our tow trucks can accommodate up to two passengers. We prioritize your safety and will transport you to your destination alongside your vehicle, within reasonable local limits.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your service request, please notify us as soon as possible.  There will be a $50 cancellation fee if the driver is enroute and you cancel.

Vehicle Responsibility

While in our care, your vehicle will be handled with professional-grade equipment and caution. However, TGF Towing is not responsible for pre-existing damage, mechanical failures unrelated to towing, or personal items left inside the vehicle.

Service Availability

TGF Towing provides towing and roadside assistance services 24/7 throughout the Hampton Roads area. Availability may vary based on traffic conditions, weather, or active call volume. We strive to respond to all service requests as quickly and safely as possible.

Service Request & Booking

Towing services may be requested by phone or through our online booking system (where available). To ensure accuracy and safety, customers must provide the correct vehicle location, make/model, and nature of the issue when requesting service.

Note: For abandoned or illegally parked vehicle removal, bookings must be made in advance and include property verification.

Payment Terms

All services must be paid in full before vehicle pickup, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Customers may choose to pre-pay at the time of booking or upon arrival at the service location.

We accept the following forms of payment:

  • Cash

  • Major credit and debit cards

  • Cash App

Pricing is based on factors such as vehicle type, distance, and service complexity. Additional fees may apply for after-hours calls, special equipment use, or extended wait times.
