Cancellation Policy
Service Hours: Towing services are available by appointment between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM, Monday through Sunday. Booking Requirements: Appointments must be scheduled at least 1 hour in advance. Please provide accurate pickup location, vehicle details, and destination at the time of booking. Emergency towing is subject to truck availability and current service demand. Cancellations & Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 1 hour prior to your scheduled time. Missed or late appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee. Vehicle Access: Ensure that your vehicle is accessible at the time of pickup. If your vehicle is locked or in an inaccessible location, additional fees may apply. Payment: Payment is due at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made. Accepted payment methods: cash, credit/debit card, or invoice (for approved accounts).
