Whether it’s a car that won’t start at home or one that just needs to be relocated, we’ve got you covered. Book in advance — no rush, no stress. Service Area: Suffolk, VA and surrounding cities Note: This service is priced based on factors such as distance, vehicle type, and service complexity. A custom quote will be provided after your booking request is reviewed. No payment is required to book.
Cancellation Policy
Service Hours: Appointments for standard towing are available between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM, seven days a week. Booking Guidelines: Appointments must be scheduled at least 12 hours in advance. Please provide the pickup and drop-off locations, vehicle type, and contact information during booking. This service is intended for non-emergency situations only. Cancellations & Rescheduling: Free cancellations or rescheduling allowed up to 2 hours before your scheduled time. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee. Vehicle Access: Please ensure your vehicle is accessible and ready for pickup at the scheduled time. Additional fees may apply if special equipment is required for locked, low-clearance, or non-rolling vehicles. Payment: Full payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and invoicing for approved customers.
